Kyoto reported blossoms already showing on March 17th, about 5 days earlier than last year.</p>
<p>What places are people going to view cherry blossoms? My personal favorite is Sewari Park. It is located halfway between Osaka and Kyoto along the Yodo and Kizu rivers where over 250 cherry trees are lined along a walkway between the two rivers on a sort of peninsula.</p>
