5 DAYS/4 NIGHTS PATTAYA-BANGKOK PACKAGE

DAY 01: ARRIVE BANGKOK - PATTAYA

Arrive at Bangkok airport, meet and transfer straight to the Pattaya city hotel for check in, a drive of about three hours.

DAY 02: PATTAYA - CORAL ISLAND (B,L)

Breakfast at the hotel
Pick up at the hotel lobby to go on a boat cruise to Coral Island (Koh Larn) to enjoy swimming in some
clear water, or do snorkeling. Local boat operators on the island will ask you to view corals from their
glass bottom boats at a small fee. It is better to avoid this as the corals here are not beautiful and the reef
is rather broken up. Sea food lunch will be served on the island.
Transfer back to the hotel in the late afternoon & be free at leisure. At night stroll in the southern part of Pattaya for its nightlife, a stretch of road full of shops on both sides, restaurants, Thai Boxing shows, discos and many "watering holes".

Optional tour:
Cabaret show at Alcazar / Tiffany 600 Baht per person (a cabaret-style show put on by transvestites and is offered as an optional because it is not everybody's cup of tea).
Alangkarn show + dinner 1,200 Baht per person.


DAY 03: PATTAYA - NONG NOOCH VILLAGE - BANGKOK (B, L)

Breakfast at the hotel
Morning visit to Nong Nooch Village to see an interesting folk show and an elephant show, besides
admiring the well landscaped garden and authentic Thai house put on show. Lunch is included.
Transfer to Bangkok and check into hotel.
Overnight at hotel in Bangkok.


DAY 04: CANAL TOUR + GRAND PALACE & EMERALD BUDDHA TEMPLE (B, L)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Pick up for a morning tour of the klong (canals) of Thonburi and the Chao Phraya River by boat to see
traditional river life as it was lived decades ago, visiting the small floating market at Wat Sai where some
boats converge to sell their produce, feed the giant catfish in the klong to gain merit and tour the Temple
of the Dawn at about noon (12pm). Lunch in a restaurant. Afternoon tour to Grand Palace built by the
Chakri kings in 1772 until King Rama VI (1910-25) and the Emerald Buddha Temple (Wat Pra Kaew)
the royal chapel and palladium of the Kingdom.
Free at leisure for the rest of the afternoon to indulge in health massage, shopping or whatever you wish to do by consulting your guide.
Overnight at hotel in Bangkok.


DAY 05: BANGKOK - DEPARTURE (B)

Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer to airport for your departure flight.
